Must cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to appointment, failure to do so results in lost deposit. If you reschedule with the proper time, deposit is transferable ONE time. LASHES - My longest length goes up to size 16mm, please be aware of that when booking - **CASH ONLY** FOR REMAINDER ( $5 fee if you need to electronically pay ) ‼️IMPORTANT‼️ DEPOSIT - Once you book, please send $20 non-refundable deposit through Zelle/Apple pay at 480-717-2135 ( goes towards the final balance ) **Appointment won’t be confirmed until I receive it & if not received within 24 hours, appointment will be denied* - Then text/message me on IG to retrieve my address if you’re a new client. LATE ARRIVAL - Over 10 minutes late, appointment will be canceled & deposit lost. In a rare circumstance that I can still take you, I will advise you if I can & if so, a $10 fee will be applied. UPON ARRIVAL - Please message me when you arrive & wait for my message that I’ll be at the door. - Please park right in front of my house by the stop sign or on the side where the fire hydrant is to avoid blocking my neighbors, most vehicles don’t fit there. REFUNDS - No refunds. If there’s any issues, please notify me within 2 days & I’ll be more than happy to work with you to make sure you’re satisfied. Anything after that I won’t be able to assist.
